- Tires, Alignments & Rotations: Get more miles out of every set. We offer new and quality used tires, expert mounting and balancing, precise 2- or 4-wheel alignments, and routine rotations to improve handling, reduce uneven wear, and protect your suspension. We’ll help you choose the right tire for your driving style and budget.
- Brakes & Safety Systems: Stop with confidence. From squeaks and vibrations to dashboard warnings, we inspect and service pads, rotors, calipers, brake lines, and fluid. Our goal is simple: crisp pedal feel, shorter stopping distances, and peace of mind in every condition.
- Oil Changes & Preventive Maintenance: Small services that prevent big problems. We match oil and filters to your vehicle and driving habits, perform tune-ups to restore performance and fuel economy, and inspect/replace belts, hoses, and wiper blades before they become inconvenient (or costly) failures. Quick, thorough, and done right.
- Diagnostics & Electrical: No guesswork—just answers. With advanced scan tools and hands-on testing, we pinpoint issues fast, from check-engine lights to intermittent electrical gremlins. Need starting power? We test, replace, and properly register batteries to ensure reliable performance through every season.
- Engines: Repair & Replacement: Whether it’s a rough idle, oil consumption, or a failed component, we diagnose and repair engine issues with care and clarity. When replacement is the smarter, longer-term solution, we source quality engines and stand behind our installation—so your vehicle feels strong, smooth, and dependable again.
- Transmissions: Service, Repair & Replacement: Shifts should be smooth and predictable. We service fluid and filters, repair driveline concerns, and when necessary, replace transmissions with trusted units. You’ll get a clear explanation of options, costs, and timelines—so you can choose the path that fits your vehicle and budget.
- Exhaust & Emissions: Quiet, efficient, and compliant. We repair and replace exhaust components to eliminate noise, restore backpressure, and keep emissions systems working as they should. From leaks and rust to failed cats and O2 sensors, we resolve the root cause—not just the symptom.
- Heating & A/C (Including R1234yf): Stay comfortable year-round. We service modern R1234yf and traditional refrigerant systems, diagnosing leaks, compressor failures, sensor issues, and weak airflow. Expect proper recovery, recharge, and calibration—done to spec for maximum cooling performance and component life.

Our sons car wouldn't start and stuck in a parking space on campus. Made a trip to town to diagnose situation. I came to the conclusion it was the starter. Not knowing anything about the mechanics around town, and not in a great location to take on myself, I googled reviews and made phone calls for estimates. Decided on Twin City Garage with them saying that they could get to it on Monday. Tow company (which I was very pleased with also) hooked up and got the car to the garage by noon. I walked in and talked with the shop and they asked if we wanted it done today??? I was surprised by as how busy they were that it was even possible. We left for lunch and had a perfect running car by closing time. Would highly recommend this garage for any parent that needs a trusted, fair priced, friendly mechanic for their student away from home.

I'm in town from several states away and find I need a mechanic. Darn check engine light comes on. Not only did they get me in right away but, the owner himself worked on my car. He found the trouble rather quickly and was able to fix it as no parts were needed. I expected a bill north of $200 but was only charged $80. How wonderful! I called my hubby back home and he was so glad. My friend and I only had to wait a short amount of time too. Please consider Twin City Garage when looking for a great mechanic.
