My daughter is a student at ISU and slid on snow and hit a curb. We called Twin City Garage and they not only were very friendly, they got her car in and fixed in one day!!! That’s after them calling me letting me know another thing that should be fixed! Absolutely amazing customer service! I even have two people from back home that’ll drive to Bloomington from now on to get their car fixed through them!!

Friendly, Family Staff. Always welcoming and eager to assist. I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle, however, when attempting to explain their staff is very attentive, and follows up with further questions in layman's terms to help me, and them to get a thorough understanding on the problem,and the best alternative way to address the issue.
Again, I'm not mechanic savvy, I don't even know how to properly put air in my tires, so whenever my low tire gage pops up, I take my vehicle there, and not once have I ever made to feel as though they have more important jobs to do other than putting air I'm my tire. ( I always throw in a lili something to show my appreciation) Even though they tell me its not necessary, and that alone, makes me want to more.
Their service is unmatched, and their prices are very reasonable.
I highly recommend their services.
