Friendly, Family Staff. Always welcoming and eager to assist. I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle, however, when attempting to explain their staff is very attentive, and follows up with further questions in layman's terms to help me, and them to get a thorough understanding on the problem,and the best alternative way to address the issue.
Again, I'm not mechanic savvy, I don't even know how to properly put air in my tires, so whenever my low tire gage pops up, I take my vehicle there, and not once have I ever made to feel as though they have more important jobs to do other than putting air I'm my tire. ( I always throw in a lili something to show my appreciation) Even though they tell me its not necessary, and that alone, makes me want to more.
Their service is unmatched, and their prices are very reasonable.
I highly recommend their services.

These guys are so honest!! I took my car to carx and had the oil changedc8 months ago they told me l needed $2500 work needed.
I drive a Mercury Monterrey 2005. Twin Ciry put a sway bar and boots on for $500. Then in Aug. same thing again l went to carx because of 21 point coupon they said l needed new ti-rods for front end. I went to Twin city going to have them do the work and they said they are fine no charge.
Now, l am going to have them work on our business trucks because of their honesty and reasonable prices. Do not go anywhere else! S.. Kern
